NightTribe RP [M]

Blackwind copyed Swiftfoot.
He saw the SunTribe cats up ahead, along with a wolf.
He felt weird, but it wasn't nervousness.
He felt scared, but not because of the wolves.
He also felt something he didn't know how to describe.
Was it.. dare he think it, love?
That couldn't be it. It just couldn't.

"Dawnstar!" Swiftfoot yowled. The wolves looked around, sniffing and saw a few new cats arriving. "We've come to help!" she mewed. Her mind was jumbled, and she couldn't really think properly.

(Now post in StormTribe. xD)

Fallstar was climbing upon a path, panting. He had nearly stumbled, but had been saved by Petalfur. His legs quivered with exhaustion, having traveled so much. How had I managed as an apprentice?! he wondered to himself.

(What's happening?)

(We are actually posting in SunTribe right now, there is a big wolf fight. xD)

Blackwind had just gotten back to camp.
"Daisypaw, come here. I need to quiz you." he said, motioning to his den.

Daisypaw sighs and pads over the Blackwind.

"Now," Blackwind said as they sat down. "Bring me some burdock leaves and tell me what they do."

Daisypaw goes and gets some Burdock leaves and drops them at Blackwind's paws. "Burdock leaves..When chewed into a pulp... Help stop infection..?" Daisypaw mews unsure.

"Correct." Blackwind mewed, he was proud of his apprentice.
They went through a few more herbs, and she got them all correct.

"Can I go get some sleep now?" Daisypaw mews. "I'm really tired," She mews.

"Sure," Blackwind mewed with relief, he was tired to. "You deserve a rest."

Daisypaw padded heavily to her nest in the Medicine Cat den. She curls up and lays down and soon falls asleep.
She wakes up at dawn, and pads out of the den and grabs a mouse and hungrily gulps in down. After she finishes her mouse she goes to the herb storage and checks the amount of herbs the Tribe has. "Our Poppy seed supply is low... Same with our Colts foot, Juniper berries, Burdock roots, and Cat Mint...." Daisypaw mumbles quietly to herself. I'll tell Blackwind and we can go gather some more herbs before Cold Wind.

Blackwind woke up and stretched, he was still tired. He took a plump squirrel from the fresh-kill pile and padded over to his den.

Daisypaw pads up to Blackwind and sits down next to him. "Blackwind, we're low on Poppy seeds, Colts foot, Juniper berries, Burdock roots, and Cat Mint." Daisypaw mews. "I think we should each take a warrior with us and go gather herbs. So we can get more in a shorter time," Daisypaw suggests. "If we do, do that, I'll get the Poppy seeds, Burdock roots, and we can both get Cat Mint since we have so much of it in our patch of Cat Mint," Daisypaw meows.
(Patch of Cat Mint?! XD)

Blackwind gulped down the last of his squirrel.
"Good idea, I'll take Rockstream, you take Iceclaw."
He padded over to Rockstream, "Come help me gather herbs." he said already walking away.

Rockstream finished the last few mouthfuls of his vole and hurried after Blackwind.
"Okay," Daisypaw replies to Blackwind. "Iceclaw, do you mind if I have you help me gather some herbs?" Daisypaw asks.

Iceclaw got up from his nest. "Sure, anything to help the Tribe."


(We messed up, I play Iceclaw temporally.)

Daisypaw walks out of camp and goes straight to the place she found Poppy seeds last time. "Here, watch how I grab the flowers," Daisypaw mews as she carefully snips the stem of one of the flowers. "Grab as many as you can, after we finish getting Poppy seeds, we will head back to camp and drop them off." Daisypaw tells Iceclaw as she starts sniping more stems.

"Got it.." Iceclaw replied, then he did exactly as Daisypaw did. He got quite a few so they headed back to camp.

Daisypaw instructs Iceclaw where to put the Poppy seeds. After they drop the Poppy seeds off, they head to go get some Colts foot. They come back to camp with a plentiful load of Colts foot and drop it off. "I think I'll need another warrior for the Cat Mint.." Daisypaw mews.

"Nightpaw could come." Iceclaw said.

(Sorry, boring post. xD)

"I suppose she could help. Come on Nightpaw!" Daisypaw meows to Nightpaw.
"Huh?! Oh, sure thing Daisypaw. Be right there," Nightpaw says as she finishes the last bite of her mouse.
Daisypaw leads the way to the Cat Mint. "Watch what I do and be very very careful not to crush the leaves," Daisypaw instructs as she very carefully snips the stem of the Cat Mint leaf. "Grab as much as you can carry in these leaves," Daisypaw says as she lays a HUGE leaf in front of Iceclaw and Nightpaw.
Nightpaw does exactly as Daisypaw said and collects a HUGE amount of Cat Mint.
Daisypaw had the biggest mound of Cat Mint in her leaf out of the three cats.
They head back to camp and Daisypaw sorts out the herbs her patrol of cats brought back. "Thanks a lot Iceclaw and Nightpaw, you must be hungry by now. You should go get something to eat," Daisypaw thanks them.
"You're welcome," Nightpaw mews as she pads over to the fresh-kill pile and grabs two voles. She takes them to Petalfur and Roseleaf in the nursery. Then she walks out of the nursery and pads over to the fresh-kill pile again and grabs a mouse for herself. She hungrily eats it and walks over to the apprentice's den. I'm really tired. I hope I'll have enough time to take a short cat nap... Nightpaw hopes.

*Morning*

Nightpaw wakes up and heads to the clearing where Thistlethorn is announcing the patrols.
Reedstone ends up leading the SunTribe border patrol. Nightpaw and Iceclaw were in his patrol.
When they get to the SunTribe border, Iceclaw signals for Reedstone to come over by him.
"Do you smell what I smell?" Iceclaw asks.
"Do you smell NightTribe? Because if that's what you smell, yes I smell it," Reedstone replies, as he starts marking the borders.
Iceclaw starts furiously marking the borders.
Nightpaw see's a NightTribe patrol approaching. "Reedstone, a NightTribe patrol is coming," She meows as she continues marking the borders.
As the patrol gets closer, one of the cats in the patrol, meows something. He's probably the cat leading the patrol. Nightpaw thinks. Nightpaw didn't catch what he said but she heard Iceclaw's nasty reply.
"Like you don't know! One of you crossed out border!" Iceclaw hisses.
A she cat in the other patrol hisses back. "No we didn't!" Then Nightpaw saw her whisper something in another cat's ear. Hey! That's Treepaw! I know him from the Gatherings. Nightpaw remembers. She then see's Treepaw run back toward the way the other patrol came.
She jolted back out of her thoughts as Reedstone whispered in her ear. "Go back to camp and get some help, I think this is going to turn out bad,"
Nightpaw nods and races back to camp.
She pulls to a halt inside the camp. "Reedstone thinks there's going to be a fight on the SunTribe border! A SunTribe cat crossed the border, and they won't admit it! I was sent back here to get some help by Reedstone!" Nightpaw finishes gasping for breath.
The remaining cats left from the patrols jolted their attention at her. Rockstream quickly pads up to her, I can go." He meows.
Fadedspot nodded and also pads up to her. "I can go too." He mews.
Flamesong pads up to her. "I can go too."
Riverbreeze also nodded. "I guess I can go." He mews.
"I think we have enough cats now," Rockstream comments. "Lead us to where Reedstone and Iceclaw are," Rocksteam meows.
Nightpaw nods and races out of the camp toward the SunTribe border where Reedstone and Iceclaw are at.

Nightpaw pulled up with the rest of the cats at the border. "I brought back a patrol to help us," She whispers in Reedstone's ear.
"Good, we attack on, 'charge'," He whispers to his patrol.
"CHARGE!!!" Reedstone let out a battle cry. He rushed at Hazelclaw and swiped at his front paws, trying to trip him. It didn't work so he just went for a straight forward attack. Reedstone feints to one side and jumps onto Hazelclaw's back and pummels his back with his hind paws. He heard a shriek of pain. Reedstone's heart dropped as he fell onto the hard ground. Before he knows what's going on, he's rammed into and the wind is knocked out of him. He quickly scrambles to his paws and looks around. Where is he? As he's looking around Hazelclaw comes from behind and rolls underneath Reedstone's stomach. Reedstone feels some really good blows on his stomach and starts to cave onto the ground. Hazelclaw quickly rolls out from underneath him.
Nightpaw see's Reedstone is in trouble and races over to help him. What have I gotten myself into? That's SunTribe's deputy Hazelclaw! Nightpaw realizes as she gets closer. Nightpaw charges at Hazelclaw and knocks him over. She bites his tail and scratches his side. She quickly jumps off and backs out of his reach. "Come on! Too chicken to fight me?!" Nightpaw taunts Hazelclaw.
"That's it!" Hazelclaw screeches as he bolts toward her.
Nightpaw quickly goes over her plan once more in her head and jumps in the air when he's two tail lengths away. She lands squarely on his shoulders. She pummels his back. And scratches his sides. She hears him screech and see's that Reedstone is up on his paws again. She jumps off and looks for another cat to fight.

Swiftfoot and Cloudpaw heard distant screeching and star to pelt towards the direction of it. When they got there, there was a fight going on. Fallstar had also heard it, and started to run as fast as he could. He got there a few heartbeats after Swiftfoot and Cloudpaw.
"Stop!" Cloudpaw and Swiftfoot caterwauled.
Fallstar charged in and pushed the NightTribe patrol back across the border.
"There has been enough fighting already!" He snarled, his tail lashing from side to side and his fur bristling in anger.
"We shall be coming home today with the kits. Reedstone, Riverbreeze and Fadedspots, you shall come and help me bring the kits home." He said, as he turned toward the direction of the Great Stone where Petalfur and her kits are. Swiftfoot looked relieved, while Cloudpaw showed no emotion, or no signs of anything.
"Also, haven't you heard of asking what the cat is doing across the border? What if he needed something, or needed to tell something to us?" Swiftfoot growled.

Nightpaw lowered her head ashamed. I didn't start the fight... Why am I getting in trouble... Nightpaw thinks.
"Come on Nightpaw..." Reedstone meows. Applefur, and the rest of the patrol go back to the camp. Fadedspot, Riverbreeze, and Reedstone stay behind to help.
Fadedspot gently grabs Willowkit by her scruff.
Reedstone grabs Boulderkit by his scruff.
Riverbreeze gently grabs Dovekit by her scruff.
Fadedspot leads the way back to the camp in a single file line.
